Welcome to CrackOn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, dashboard and WhatsApp based productivity services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Overview

CrackOn allows users to create and manage tasks, notes, reminders and calendar events through a web dashboard and WhatsApp. Features include task management, note creation, recurring reminders and calendar syncing with Google or Microsoft accounts.

  1. Eligibility

To use CrackOn you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share access to your account
  • Use content creation features only for personal or business productivity
  • Not misuse the WhatsApp service or attempt to automate abusive messaging
  • Not engage in behaviour that may disrupt or damage the platform
  1. Account Access

You are responsible for:

  • All activity carried out under your account
  • Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Maintaining accurate contact details so we can deliver messages and reminders
  1. Subscription and Fees

CrackOn may offer free and paid plans. For paid plans:

  • Fees will be displayed clearly before purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Fees are non refundable unless required by law
  1. Calendar Integrations

If you connect Google or Microsoft calendars:

  • You grant CrackOn permission to read, create or update events
  • You may disconnect at any time
  • We do not access emails or contacts
  1. WhatsApp Messaging

By using our WhatsApp service you consent to:

  • Receiving automated messages relating to your tasks, notes, reminders or events
  • Sending instructions via text or voice note for processing
  • Following WhatsApp policy and fair use guidelines
  1. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use CrackOn to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
  • Breach any applicable law or infringe the rights of others
  1. Service Availability

We aim to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee:

  • That CrackOn will be available at all times
  • That messages will always be delivered instantly
  • That integrations will remain unchanged by third parties

We may update or modify services to improve performance or security.

  1. Limitation of Liability

CrackOn is provided on an as is basis. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by user actions or third party failures
  • Missed reminders or events due to WhatsApp delays or outages
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you over the previous 12 months.

  1. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Misuse integrations
  • Pose a security risk

You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Collaborate with others where features allow it
  1. You Must Not:
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive or offensive content
  • Use CrackOn to send bulk messages or spam through WhatsApp
  • Attempt to bypass security or system protections
  • Copy or reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Use the system for fraud, impersonation or harassment
  • Upload viruses, malware or harmful scripts
  • Misuse integrations or automate abusive WhatsApp behaviour
  1. Rate Limits and Fair Use

We may apply fair use limits to:

  • Message frequency
  • Automation requests
  • Storage and processing of content

We will notify users if limits are adjusted.

  1. Enforcement

Failure to follow this policy may result in:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal of your account

  • WhatsApp messages and voice notes used for commands
  • Calendar data you choose to sync

We do not process sensitive or special category data unless you provide it through free input.

  • Ensure staff maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with data access or deletion requests

  1. Sub Processors

We use trusted third parties for hosting, WhatsApp messaging and calendar syncing. These partners follow strict security practices.

A list of sub processors can be provided on request.

We only keep data for as long as required to deliver services or as required by law.

  1. User Instructions

By using CrackOn you instruct us to:

  • Store and process your notes, tasks and reminders
  • Handle WhatsApp messages to generate content
  • Sync calendars when integrated
  1. Termination

After your account is deleted, we will:

  • Remove active data
  • Retain only what is required for legal or backup purposes
